On-grid, hybrid, and off-grid systems are all available, and net metering can be arranged where it applies.

What is the difference between on-grid, hybrid and off-grid solar systems?
An on-grid system works together with the utility grid and has no batteries. A hybrid system adds batteries, so chosen loads keep running during a power cut while the system still works with the grid. An off-grid system runs on solar and batteries without the grid, for sites that have no dependable supply. Which one suits you depends on how often the power fails, which loads must keep running and your budget.
How is the size of a solar system decided?
We start from your electricity bills, the connected load, when the power is used during the day, the roof or ground area and your budget. Send us recent bills and the site details through the quotation form and we will recommend a system size.
What should I send to get a quotation?
Tell us the type of site (residential, commercial or industrial), the city, the monthly electricity bill or a list of the loads, whether you need backup, and the roof type and available area. A few photographs of the roof or the equipment room help. The quotation form asks for exactly these details.
What is the difference between a UPS and an inverter with batteries?
A UPS keeps sensitive equipment such as servers and control systems running through a power cut with little or no break, and protects it from poor mains power. An inverter with a battery bank supplies general loads such as lights, fans and appliances for a longer time during an outage. Many sites use both. Tell us what must stay on and for how long, and we will suggest the right equipment.
Do you only supply equipment, or also install and service it?
Both. We supply solar panels, inverters, batteries, UPS systems and mounting structures, install them, and repair and maintain solar and power backup equipment.

How do I keep a solar system working well?
Keep the panels clean, because dust reduces output, and check the inverter’s display or monitoring app from time to time for faults. Have the system inspected periodically by a qualified technician. We can arrange maintenance visits.
