Installation, maintenance & support

Your process
From site visit to switch-on
We start from your building’s electricity use and work through design, installation and commissioning with you, then stay available for maintenance and repair.
01
Site visit & load review
We visit the building and review its electricity use, roof or land and electrical connection.
02
System design
We design the system and select the equipment for your building and your budget.
03
Supply & installation
We supply and install the panels, inverters, mounting structures and cabling.
04
Commissioning & support
We commission the system, then inspect, maintain and repair it after installation.
Key considerations
What we consider before recommending a system
Electricity use
We review the building’s consumption and when the power is used during the day.
Roof or land
We check the area available, its condition, direction and shading.
Hours of operation
The system is sized for the hours your business runs.

Frequently asked questions
Common Questions
Which solar system is right for my business?
A solar system can be connected to the grid, combined with batteries for backup, or run independently of the grid. The right choice depends on the building’s load, its hours of operation and how much backup it needs. These points are reviewed with you before a design is recommended.
Can solar work for a shop or an office?
Yes. Commercial solar systems supply a building with electricity generated on its own roof or land, and are used by shops, offices, plazas and showrooms that want to buy less power from the grid.
What happens during a site visit?
An engineer visits the building to review its electricity use and to check the roof or land, the shading and the electrical connection. We then design the system and send you an itemised quotation.
Do you maintain the system after installation?
Yes. We offer inspection, maintenance and repair after installation.
