Vertical LiFePO4 energy storage
The GVEs-51.2 belongs to the Greenage Value Energy Storage range. It is a vertical battery energy storage system with LiFePO4 lithium cells, a nominal voltage of 51.2 VDC and a capacity of 430 Ah, which is 22 kWh of energy. The datasheet lists high energy, high discharge current, long battery life, high charge efficiency, high continuous power output and a wide operating temperature range among its features.
Current and voltage
The battery charges at up to 215 A and discharges at up to 430 A, with a maximum charge voltage of 58.4 V and an operating voltage range of 43.2 to 58.4 V. The internal resistance when fully charged is below 100 mΩ at 25 °C.
Long life and protection
The cycle life is 6,000 cycles at 25 °C. The cells use advanced LiFePO4 technology, and a built-in battery management system (BMS) gives multi-layer safety.
Operating conditions and communication
The battery discharges at −20 to +55 °C and charges at 0 to +45 °C; the recommended operating temperature is 15 to 35 °C. Storage is at −20 to +45 °C and the relative humidity range is 25 to 80% RH. Communication is by CAN and RS485 and an LCD screen is fitted. The unit weighs approximately 156 kg and measures 1142 × 452 × 323 mm.
