Product description

Double-conversion on-line protection

The Smart-UPS RT 10kVA gives high-density, double-conversion on-line power protection with scalable runtime. The load is always supplied from the inverter with a sine-wave output, harmonic distortion below 3% and a 3:1 crest factor.

Input and bypass

The input is 230 V single phase or 400 V three phase at 50/60 Hz ±5 Hz with auto-sensing, and the input harmonic distortion is below 7% at full load. An internal bypass, automatic and manual, keeps the load supplied during service.

Batteries and runtime

Four internal lead-acid battery modules are fitted. The typical recharge time is 2 hours, the battery life is 3 to 5 years and the runtime can be extended. The replacement battery is APCRBC140.

Outputs

The output is 230 V single phase, configurable for 220 or 240 V. It offers IEC 60320 C13 and C19 outlets, IEC jumpers and a hard-wired connection.

Management and warranty

A network management card with environmental monitoring is pre-installed, with serial and USB ports and emergency power off. The UPS is delivered with software on CD, a service manual, a user manual and an RS-232 signalling cable, and carries a 24-month warranty.
