Product description

Line-interactive protection with AVR

The Back-UPS Pro BR900MI is a tower, line-interactive UPS rated 900 VA / 540 W. Automatic voltage regulation works within a 176–294 V input window, and the transfer time to battery is 10 ms typical (12 ms maximum). The output is a stepped approximation to a sine wave.

Outlets and connection

Six IEC 60320 C13 outlets supply the connected equipment. The UPS is fed through an IEC 60320 C14 input with a maximum input current of 10 A, and a USB port connects it to a computer.

Display and alarms

A multifunction LCD status and control console shows the state of the UPS. The alarms distinguish running on battery, a low battery and an overload, which has a continuous tone.

Battery

The internal 12 V, 9.4 Ah lead-acid battery is user-replaceable (replacement cartridge APCRBC164). The typical recharge time is 12 hours and the battery life is 3 to 5 years.

Protection and warranty

Full-time multi-pole noise filtering limits surges to 10% IEEE let-through with an instantaneous zero clamping response. The BR900MI is marked CE, RCM, EAC and TISI, carries the GS mark and is covered by a 24-month warranty.
