Product description

A smart string inverter for 1,500 V systems

The SUN2000-200KTL-H3 accepts up to 1,500 V DC on three MPP trackers of 100 A each, with a 500–1,500 V operating range, a 550 V start voltage and a nominal input voltage of 1,080 V. The AC output is 800 V, three-wire plus PE, at 50 or 60 Hz.

Efficiency

The maximum efficiency is 99.0% and the European efficiency is 98.8%. The nominal AC active power is 200 kW, derated to 185 kW at an ambient temperature of 50 °C, and the maximum AC apparent power is 215 kVA.

Smart diagnosis and safety

A smart string-level disconnector and smart I-V curve diagnosis are built in, and the design is fuse-free. DC and AC Type II surge arresters, anti-islanding, reverse-polarity protection, string fault monitoring, insulation resistance detection and residual current monitoring protect the plant.

Installation and communication

The IP66, transformerless inverter weighs 86 kg with its mounting plate and uses smart air cooling at up to 4,000 m without derating. It communicates over WLAN + app, USB, MBUS and RS485.
