The TOPBiHiKu7 reaches up to 720 W with up to 23.2% module efficiency. Power bifaciality of 80% ±5% adds more power from the back side, and the first-year power degradation is no more than 1%, with no more than 0.4% each following year.

Lower system cost

A lower temperature coefficient of Pmax (−0.29%/°C) increases energy yield in hot climates and helps lower LCOE and system cost.

More reliable

The module minimises micro-crack impacts and is rated for heavy snow load up to 5400 Pa and wind load up to 2400 Pa. The specific certificates applicable to a module type and market vary, so please confirm them with the supplier for your project.

Warranty

The module carries a 12-year enhanced product warranty on materials and workmanship and a 30-year linear power performance warranty, according to the applicable Canadian Solar Limited Warranty Statement.
